Our client a IT Services Company is looking to hire IT Support - six months Contract.
Background/Experience/Required Skills
- Knowledge in PC Installation and configuration.
- Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues.
- Decommission Support for old laptops.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware related issue.
- Communication : Interact with team leader and to follow their guidance
- Fresh graduates who have done internship in IT Support also welcome to apply
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Work Location: Kwun Tong
- Basic IT Support knowledge
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00.pm
- You will get to work with investment bank.
