About the role
We are looking for a candidate who is accountable and attentive to detail, ideally possessing at least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial sector. As part of this position, you will assist the credit team with credit monitoring and documentation tasks.
What you need to do
- Credit Post Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients’ credit positions post drawdown.
- Companies Registry Checks: Regularly review and verify information from the companies registry to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Watermark Monitoring: Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Document Verification: Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities and findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and risk management teams to improve credit positions.
- Ad-hoc: Perform any credit related ad-hoc projects or tasks.
What you need to have
- Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting or other business related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in bank corporate or financial industry administration and documentations.
- Proficient in using excel, eg. Pivot table, Vlookup and filter function
