Administrator, Sales Support

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
  • Introduce company's products to customers by phone
  • Handle potential customer cases and enquiries in professional manner
  • Perform contracting review and checking
  • Monitor loan amount transaction
  • Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in application process when necessary
  • Prepare various reports and letters as requested
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ working experience in sales support and administration
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-minded and commit to the job
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with fast typing speed (Chinese and English)
  • Sound knowledge of Loan products
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
