Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales to contact HR clients and promote job posting services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Convince clients to sign up for the job posting packages.
- Assist clients in advertising their job vacancies on the portal.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or telesales, preferably in a related field.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with job posting services is a plus.
