About the Role
We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Cook to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up work sections
- Preparing hot and cold dishes
- Supporting your colleagues when needed
- Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all time
- Possess a genuine interest in cooking
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous

- Salary of HKD17,000 per month
