- Provide full spectrum of personal and business support to Senior Executive
- Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management, etc.
- Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organise daily schedules and travel arrangement
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
- Prepare reports, budgets and expenses claims
- Assist with business pitching such as tender / proposal preparation and presentation materials
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- At least 1 years relevant working experience from secretary role
- Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediately available is highly preferred
