Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, forecasting, and strategy development. You will work closely with leadership to align financial performance with our business objectives and support overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, working with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance and guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and accurate reporting, providing necessary documentation for audits.
- Implementing robust financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, support capital expenditure proposals, and evaluate investment opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing finance teams and leading financial strategy and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Prior experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is highly desirable.
