What will you do?
Fulfill orders with precision: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring they are packaged securely to prevent damage.
Inventory management: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records, receive and inspect incoming stock, and assist with stock replenishment.
Coordinate with logistics: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely order delivery and prepare necessary shipping documents.
Contribute to operational efficiency: Assist with the uploading of new products, gift wrapping, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Provide excellent customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Hard skills
- Order Processing and packing (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, email).
- Inventory management (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures (preferred, but not required).
Soft skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Prior experience in an e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus.
Language
- Fluent Cantonese
- Moderate Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
