The Senior Manager, Key Account & Field Support is responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the service field activities for the assigned key accounts are carried out effectively in accordance with the Company’s standards, code requirements and contract requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage a team to execute maintenance contracts and repair contracts for the assigned area in accordance with the Company’s standards, code requirements and contract requirements.
- Drive field quality, code compliance and safety to achieve customer satisfaction and to support business growth.
- Manage cost through effective and efficient allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials etc.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and ensure effective communication and quick response to customers regarding any enquires/complaints.
- Execute and implement Company’s policy and government regulations on Environmental, Health and Safety to ensure the related policy, regulations and precautions are being enforced.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives on employee safety, code compliance, quality and cost management.
- Coach and develop a team of diverse employees to become a professional and high performing team.
- Engage the team to build strong teamwork and support field team to resolve any challenges so as to achieve job satisfaction
- Liaise and coordinate with other sections / department to ensure the service activities are operated smoothly.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- At least 12 years’ relevant working experience in the lift industry with 6 years’ leadership experience
- A Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer preferred
- Strong leadership skill with ability to develop and lead a diverse team
- Passionate in driving continuous improvement and taking up new challenges
- Strong customer-centric mindset and business acumen
- Able to cope with pressure with excellent influencing skill
- Proven technical knowledge and skill with strong problem-solving skill
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
