Start Up Family Office based in Hong Kong Excellent Career Opportunity You will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function of the family office, including but not limited to statutory reporting, treasury & cash management, audit & tax, company secretarial and etc, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company. Working closely with the asset owner and CIO of the family office, you will oversee, monitor & plan the company’s overall cash / capital positions, flagging any potential issues and opportunities with management. You will establish financial policies and processes to monitor and control key financial activities, provide input from a financial perspective on business decision making. You will also have responsibility for annual audit, tax filings and company secretarial matter. You should be a degree holder and a qualified accountant with minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record, preferably with experience working in a holdings company with diversified businesses. You should have sound knowledge of Company Ordinance and related accounting reporting ordinance and standards.
