Job description  Handle the payment process of the Bank Assist Manager/Senior Manager to oversee daily financial data checking Assist Manager/Senior Manager on the month-end closing preparation Support ad hoc projects when required Requirement High diploma or degree holder in Accounting or Business related disciplines; Work experience in banking is preferable; Good knowledge of MS Office; A team player with good communication skills; Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; and Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable Applicants who are not invited for an interview within the 8 weeks after submission of application may assume their applications unsuccessful. Responsibilities include: Manageing the external and internal financial reporting processes Oversight of day to day operational matters, including liquidity and upcoming deal pipeline Oversight of external administrators and involvement with external valuation advisors Partner with the heads of the business to help them make informed decisions Trouble shooting issues that emerge across various groups and bring issues to a resolution Participate in firm initiatives and team specific projects for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years fund and fund accounting experience, be big 4 trained and have experience leading a team. Excellent written and spoken English is imperative for this role.
