About our client:
Our client is a start up company with rapid developing business in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Accounting Officer/ Senior Accounting Officer, with solid accounting operation experience, to join their friendly Accounting team. The right candidate will handle Account Payable and Account Receivable duties.
Job Description: Assist in all aspects of finance and accounting operations including daily operations of bank mapping, monthly invoice issuing Responsible for daily payment processing Participate in month-end closing procedure Assist in preparation of audit documents to external auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Finance or Accounting or similar business studies Well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven Ability to adapt quickly, able to work independently Hybrid Work Arrangement: this role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in our office according to company policy. Flexible and open to new challenges, proactive to take initiatives and provide feasible solutions Strong communication and proficient in PC skills, expertise in MS Excel/Google Sheet Fluency in Cantonese and English, written and spoken
