Single Family Office based in Hong Kong Excellent Career Opportunity You will be responsible for all aspects for various aspects of the family office, including but not limited to business / financial analysis, treasury & cash management, company secretarial, reviewing legal agreements, etc, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company. Working closely with the asset owner and CIO of the family office, you will establish financial and operational policies and processes to monitor and control key financial activities, provide input from a financial perspective on business decision making. You will also have responsibility for annual audit, tax filings and company secretarial matter. You should be a degree holder and a qualified accountant with approximately 10 years of experience with a proven track record, preferably with experience working in a holdings company with diversified businesses or within a single family office. You should have sound knowledge of Company Ordinance and related accounting reporting ordinance and standards. Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
