They are currently seeking a HR Officer to join their expanding HR team. This is a newly created position due to their continuous growth. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Working closely with senior management and hiring managers, you will identify their manpower needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include: Job Description Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; Ensure a structured annual approach to external talent acquisition event management; Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets; Review and leverage the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives, review recruitment procedures & policy and ensure an amazing hiring journey for candidates; Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to strengthen staff engagement Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition specialists; Assist in office administrative tasks and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignment; Requirement Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline Minimum one year of relevant work experience is required, although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Solid experiences in Recruitment and Talent Management Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
