Responsibilities: Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management Handle office renovation and relocation projects Source, monitor and review vendor service and contracts Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management Requirement: Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline At least 5 years Administration & Human Resources experience gained with well-structured organization, with at least 3 years at managerial level; relevant China HR experience is required Experience in hiring and HR management of staff of all levels (office managerial staff; clerical staff; Operations/Warehouse/Logistics staff incl. driver, porters, workers) Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance, China Labour Law, tax laws and other regulatory practices Analytical & detail-minded, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills Fluent in both written/spoken English and Mandarin is a must Excellent and practical computer skills expected Work in HK, Macau and China offices when require to oversee operations of the Group Benefits: 5 days work Annual Leave  11 days Birthday Leave Anniversary Leave Interested candidates should send a detailed Resume, including expected salary, to [email protected] "Personnel Department Wing Kee Produce Limited.
