Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients on behalf of the CEO
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for the CEO
Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Establish and maintain filing systems
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively solve problems
Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Graduated from a 985/211 university is preferred
Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must (Proficiency in any other language is a plus)

We're now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join The Pizza Project Central, the buzzing flagship of our pizza restaurant for the people, on lively Peel Street.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top-quality, high-volume venue. You will ensure the team is well-trained and motivated and consistently delivers our guests a friendly, approachable, caring and informed service experience. Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations.
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain the brand image.
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
Control stocks for daily use in restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant.
Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices.
Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements.
Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Gather guests' feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints.
3+ years experience in hospitality industry
Strong management skill with a positive mindset and friendly image
Understanding in MS Office
