Responsibilities: In the electronic/logistics company, handle logistic documents and customer services admin job Willingness to talk with same customer timely to share updated information by phone & email. Responsible for timely reports to and between customer with internal teams by email & by phone. Operate an ecommerce management system time by time.
Qualifications: Diploma above or college 1 years working experience in sales or CS position. Good Microsoft office(Excel formula) skills is preferred. good command of English skills and fluent Mandarin
Salary: Monthly salary $15,000-$17,000 x 13 month
Working Location: Kwai Chung
Working hours: Monday to Friday (0900-1800)
