About our client:
Our client is an Asset Management firm based in Hong Kong.
They are seeking a dedicated and efficient Secretary to provide comprehensive support to their senior executive.
This role involves a combination of 50% team support and 50% Executive 1-to-1 support, with a focus on managing administrative tasks and assisting in the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date team records, including contact lists and organizational charts. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Handle incoming communication, such as emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect them as appropriate
Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
