About the Role
We're now looking for a driven and charismatic Floor Manager to join TMK Punk & Rolls, the hip-hop inspired branch of our good times temakeria in Sheung Wan.
As a Floor Manager, you will oversee, lead, and help to coordinate the planning, organizing, and training necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, and a minimum of one year experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, be hands-on, and enjoy being guest-facing.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
Train your team in all aspects of service

At least 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry
