As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Working closely with senior management and hiring managers, you will identify their manpower needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include: Job Description Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; Ensure a structured annual approach to external talent acquisition event management; Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets; Review and leverage the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives, review recruitment procedures & policy and ensure an amazing hiring journey for candidates; Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to strengthen staff engagement Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition specialists; Assist in office administrative tasks and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignment; Requirement Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline Minimum one year of relevant work experience is required, although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
