- Handle and coordinate shipment bookings.
- Monitor shipment schedule with factories and forwarders.
- Prepare invoice, packing list, C/O and other related documents.
- Independently handle full set of import / export documents and B/L.
- Filing, data entry and other clerical duties as required.
- F.5 or above, with at least 2 years of working experience in shipping field at trading company preferred.
- Motivated candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, organized, sense of responsibility and independent.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- 6 months employment – immediate available preferred
