Location: HKEX - TKO Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Permanent Job Summary: The Common Services Development & Support Department is part of the Information Technology Division in HKEX. The department is responsible for defining and building the common platform components that other HKEX systems could use. Job Duties: As the Vice President, you are an experienced IT professional and a senior member in the team and take primary responsibility in the design, implementation and support of the platform components. You will have the opportunity to work with various senior leader and IT specialist team to define and architect the platform roadmap as well as manages platform applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other IT teams and business users to define Common Service roadmap. Lead the software development of Enterprise Systems managed by the Common Services Development & Support department. Responsible for system analysis, architecture design and development of the systems Produce project deliverables such as functional specifications, design documents and test plans. Provide production support including out of working hour support responsibility. Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant IT related experience Solid skills in one or more areas: C/C++, Java, web and network programming Good experience in one or more areas: messaging, managed file transfer, authentication/authorization technology and related products/protocol e.g. Kafka, ActiveMQ, Forgerock, Keycloak, SAML, oauth, MTLS Good understanding of DevOps tools and practices Good understanding of requirements management, contracting/outsourcing management, IT trends and technology Experience in public cloud technology is an added advantage Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an added advantage). Job Summary: The Workplace Technology is responsible the Service Delivery functions for the HKEX community. The team has an engineering function, risk management team, employee experience, risk management, production support and the change management team. Job Summary: The Market Data Team will lead the operation teams to manage and support core operations of market data platforms and data management of HKEX. Job Duties: Responsibilities: To manage client on-boarding activities to HKEX market data platforms, including real-time pricing feeds, issuer news feed, historical data platform and other data dissemination channel. To plan and manage projects including introduction of new data products, improvement of operation stability, operation control and efficiency, include defining requirements, executing user acceptance test, and supporting rollout. To support our clients to in managing changes and collect client feedback, answer client enquiries, and work collaboratively with our clients. To partner with in-house technology teams and external solution providers to ensure smooth project deliveries To monitor system healthiness, review and manage business continuity plan, and conduct risk assessment, and perform regular review on operation data. To conduct regular training on operation events. Work on weekends and / or Hong Kong public holidays would be required occasionally To deliver other ad hoc task assigned by supervisor Requirements: Degree or above, preferably in Information Technology / Engineering / Finance / Computer Science or other related disciplines At least 6 year's relevant experience in well-established financial organisations on operation, with a good concept on operation control and efficiency, as well as incident handling. Preferred with experience with market data, especially on real-time market data feed.
