Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IR Support to join our team. The IR Support role is crucial in assisting the investor relations team with various tasks to ensure smooth and successful investor communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and possess a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Prepare and update due diligence materials
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Prepare materials and data to client inquiries and provide timely information as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of information/data
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales support/IR support role in a hedge fund or asset management firm
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
