- Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
- Answer customer inquiries, including loan application, cases follow-up
- Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
- Assist in processing customer applications referred by telesales, communicate with different departments and follow up on customer application progress
- 透過電話向客戶講解公司的產品
- 聯絡現有公司客戶，了解客戶需要並提供適合的產品及服務
- 主動為客戶推介公司的最新服務及產品
- 協助處理推廣員轉介的客戶申請，並與不同部門同事進行溝通，跟進客戶申請進度
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
- At least 2 year experience in tele-sales field, preferably in banking / telecom / retail industry
- Familiar with the latest mortgage loan lending operations and business models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
- 中五程度或以上，或與2級資歷架構級別同等證書資格
- 有兩年以上的電話銷售經驗、是銀行/電信/零售業 / 可即時上班者為佳為佳
- 熟悉最新的抵押貸款借貸操作及商業模式
