The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Trainer / Training Manager to join our fabulous, newly appointed Global Travel Retail team. The successful candidate will be helping to drive the engagement and training of the Travel Retail Team in our stores & our airports. Prenetics is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Scientist & Laboratory Manager to lead our clinical research and development (R&D) projects and team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the clinical research and development (R&D) team, serve as project manager, and perform research activities. You will also be responsible for supporting the trouble shooting of the clinical service. You will independently and proactively identify process issues and recommend solutions given critical timelines. This work is interdisciplinary and involves collaboration with lab operation scientists, R&D scientists, as well as the bioinformatics and clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Development and Optimization:

• Collaborate with laboratory testing personnel, R&D team members, and bioinformatics & clinical team for the development of workflow.
• Lead Clinical R&D Team:

• Collaboration and Support:

• Required: Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Part I, holder for at least 5 years.
