We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee our chemical laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in chemical laboratory management, including chemical testing, purified water testing, stability program management, chemical equipment calibration/qualification, maintenance of reference standards, and comprehensive reporting.
- Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical laboratory management role., minimum 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
- Strong knowledge of chemical testing, purified water testing, stability programs, and laboratory equipment calibration/qualification.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with PIC/s GMP is an advantage.
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese
