We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to oversee our engineering and maintenance operations of our manufacturing plant in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in facility engineering, with a proven track record in management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and water supply systems etc.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Ensure facilities projects are completed effectively, adhering to strict budgetary requirements, timetables, and safety and quality requirements.
- Conduct routine evaluations of specialized systems to make sure all the setting can meet the safety guidelines and legal requirements.
- Overseeing workplace examinations, safety audits, and security evaluations to guarantee a law-abiding and safe working environment.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in facility engineering or a similar role.
- Have experience with GMP or HACCP standards in the Pharmaceutical, manufacturing or food industry, which will be an advantage.
- Prior management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and water supply systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management and budgeting.
