Overview An exclusive role to recruit for for a Team Head, Financial Institutions (Banks) to join an established corporate bank and lead a small team to manage and grow a portfolio of Bank Financial Institutions / Correspondent Banking business. Role Responsibilities Be responsible for leading and growing the assigned Banks / Correspondent Banking sector portfolio through new customer acquisition and deep penetration of existing client relationships Achieve annual revenue targets by promoting bank products and financial solutions to deepen client wallet share and build strong relationships with international and regional banks sector clients. Oversee the credit application and memo write up, and be accountable to continuous monitoring of credit performance of the customer portfolio. Research and provide industry and client insights on prospective target client base. Handle communication and credit related matters with clients Oversee documentation matters of existing and new transaction after credit approval; Provide ad-hoc support to the business department when neccesary Requirements 10+ years Financial Institutions relationship management experience covering Bank sector clients Sharp credit analysis judement including financial analysis and cash flow projection skills for large corporate customers Product knowledge in loan facility, FX, cash management, trade finance and derivative products; and structured facilities Bachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirable Strong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in english; Due to target customer segment, proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
