- Manage relationships with corporations, assisting the Portfolio Manager in decision-making by providing timely and relevant insights on potential trades and market conditions
- Develop and execute investment strategies focused on event-driven opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sell-side Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Access, or buy-side investment analysis within event-driven strategies or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building relationships with senior industry professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, financial modeling software)
- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in capital markets and corporate finance
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
