Responsibilities: Compensation Administration: Administer the compensation plans for agents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. Calculate and process commission payments and incentives in a timely manner. Review and validate agent sales performance data to determine accurate compensation amounts. Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to reconcile and resolve any discrepancies. Contracting and Onboarding: Manage the contracting process for new agents, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct contract reviews and ensure contractual terms and conditions are accurately reflected. Coordinate with agents and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of agent benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits. Ensure accurate enrollment, changes, and terminations of benefits in accordance with company policies and regulations. Address agent inquiries and provide guidance on benefits-related matters. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout compensation and contracting processes. Generate reports and analyze data related to compensation, contracts, and benefits for management review. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Requirements: For Senior Manager/Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in agency channel compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of compensation practices, contract management, and benefits administration. For Assistant Officers/Officers: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). Fresh grad are welcome.
