About the Role
We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join Pici Tseung Kwan O, home of hand-rolled pasta made fresh daily at O’ South Coast.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up work sections
- Preparing hot and cold dishes
- Supporting your colleagues when needed
- Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times
- Possess a genuine interest in cooking
- At least 1 year experience in small plate section in a fast-paced Indian kitchen
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
