Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall HR operations and functions of the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll administration and leave management
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and events
- Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR records and documentation
- Provide HR advice and support to management and employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
