Join Vita Green Health Product Company Limited, a leading player in the health industry, as a Talent Acquisition Manager. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, you are set to play a pivotal role, leading a team dedicated to driving talent acquisition efforts across Hong Kong and our off-shore entities. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will have the unique opportunity to collaboratively work with our HRBP team to secure the best talent essential for maintaining our business's exponential growth. Your remit will encompass the strategic and operational management of all recruitment resources and channels, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and smart utilization to attract high-caliber professionals who resonate with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Spearhead the use and continued assessment of recruitment resources to enhance return on investment and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners such as universities, and professional organizations.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and systems to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with progression into a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using ATS, recruitment software, and HRIS system
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
