seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will partner closely with our leaders across different departments to drive people-focused initiatives that support our overall business objectives. We will be one of the key stakeholders to:

• Provide proactive HR business partnership and consultative support to our expanding manufacturing headquarter
• Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and challenges, then design and implement tailored HR solutions
• Spearhead talent management initiatives such as manpower planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
• Serve as a trusted advisor, counseling managers on complex employee relations matters and ensuring consistent application of policies
• Build up HR database, and analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Lead special projects and process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and effectiveness

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall HR operations and functions of the organization
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll administration and leave management
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and events
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR records and documentation
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
