Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be a trusted HR partner for our leaders, managers, and employees, offering valuable consultation and driving the execution of key HR initiatives across the organization. You will provide support across various HR topics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Culture, whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall employee engagement. • Collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management and business partnering.
• As a growing business, proven experience in end-to-end global hiring for both front and back office roles, including tech and non-tech positions in Finance or Technology is a must.
• Hands-on experience with talent management frameworks, including succession planning, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
• Actively contribute to the department’s efforts to elevate both Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.
• Good understanding of learning and development principles is a plus.

SUMMARY

This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries
• Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding
• Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice 
• Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking
• Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees
• Upkeeping accurate employment records and database
• Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industry
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinances 
• Candidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantage
• Independent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learn

The Human Resources Associate will work in support of the Regional HR Business Partners to enhance operations and effectiveness across a broad variety of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role will help prepare, track and monitor work and projects across all activities of the HR Business Partner team.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for broad-based learning of best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing our human capital. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Tactical support to Regional HRBPs to execute HR processes including talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, mobility

• Play a key role in extracting and organizing data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to, headcount management, diversity & inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data. 

• Partner with Regional HRBPs and Global Talent Development team to design and implement talent development initiatives, including executive coaching assignments.

• Support on HR projects on Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, China, Korea legislation and labour law to ensure compliance and appropriate implementation

• Drive global mobility cases to ensure employees are fully supported in transfers, relocations and assignments.

Qualifications:
