seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will partner closely with our leaders across different departments to drive people-focused initiatives that support our overall business objectives. We will be one of the key stakeholders to:
- Provide proactive HR business partnership and consultative support to our expanding manufacturing headquarter
- Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and challenges, then design and implement tailored HR solutions
- Spearhead talent management initiatives such as manpower planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor, counseling managers on complex employee relations matters and ensuring consistent application of policies
- Build up HR database, and analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead special projects and process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and effectiveness
You'll be a great talent, if you are…
- having minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- having demonstrated ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broader business goals
- having strong consultative and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- always think creatively and outside of the box to solve problems.
