They are looking for an individual who has an analytic mindset that will help manage & lead the HRIS project implementation activities and liaise with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Ability to translate client requirements into workable solutions and to recommend operational procedures. Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver competitive and comprehensive solutions to customer business and HR needs. Manage & lead the HRIS project implementation activities and liaise with different stakeholders Manage project resources, project progress, and system vendor deliverables to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with functional specifications and regulatory requirements Monitor system performance, tracking system logs and provide system support to users Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or an any related discipline Minimum 6 years of project experience in HRIS implementation, preferably with experience at MNC or large-scale projects Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance, and IRD Ordinance. Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Good analytic mindset with a view to providing solutions and recommendation
