SUMMARY

This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries
• Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding
• Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice 
• Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking
• Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees
• Upkeeping accurate employment records and database
• Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports
• Organize staff activities and related events
• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assigned

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industry
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinances 
• Candidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantage
• Independent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learn
• Detail-minded and being able to work under pressure 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Job Purpose

• Responsible for overseeing the Hong Kong and Macau regions, acting as a business

partner to provide comprehensive support to retail partners.

• Execute HR programs and initiatives related to talent management, employee

engagement, and brand development, in collaboration with the APAC HR and Retail

teams, aligning with the company’s strategic direction.

• Regularly compile personnel and productivity reports for management evaluation.

• Engage in assigned HR projects and programs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retail partners to ensure the effective delivery of HR services,

including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, career development,

and performance management.

• Maintain effective communication with staff through various channels and

occasions, fostering a professional and collaborative relationship.

• Conduct frequent store visits to build strong relationships with store staff and

management, ensuring engagement and teamwork.

• Identify development needs within store management and sales teams, providing

appropriate support and guidance.

• Enhance knowledge of the market and business to collaborate with HRBP, C&B, and

retail teams in developing talent attraction and retention strategies.

• Organize staff activities to promote positive working relationships among colleagues.

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable organization, ideally

within the retail sector.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, local regulations, and compliance

requirements in Hong Kong and Macau.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
• Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Perform daily all-rounded HR Operations, including monthly payroll, MPF, leave management, reporting, HRIS management etc.
• Monitor the staff attendance and leave data in HR system on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
• Maintain attendance record and leave record
• Maintain and ensure all records in the HR system are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc.
• Support on & offboarding logistics, employment related documentations
• Assist on recruitment related matters such as job positing, arranging interviews, interview record maintenance etc.
• Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in all-rounded HR support.
• Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Good team player with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attentive to details and prioritize multiple tasks

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles within the company
