About the Role
The IVS data consultant will support the data-driven decision making culture by analyzing business performance data from multiple sources and channels, identify the key moments and co-work with the engagement team to translate these into clear action items to sales and revenue generating activities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive opt-in member acquisition and engagement.
- Create the IVS data mart, including data cleansing and data mining. Leverage the data mart to support the IVS tracker dashboard development.
- Develop lead assignment models to identify the high propensity agents on specific IVS leads and co-work with digital team to support the lead assignment activities.
- Support ad-hoc worksite event analytics requirements of segments and channels.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Business or Computer Science
- 3yrs or more experiences in data analytics and machine learning model development
- Experience in data review and extraction from a large, enterprise data warehouse preferably with Python, SQL, PowerBI, Advance Excel etc.
- Preferable with working experience in insurance industry or corporate solution related role
- Preferable with results-oriented, self-motivated to thrive under pressure and committed to continuous self-development.
- Preferable with written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills; presents with passion i.e. ability to explain technical details in a language that non-technical partners can comprehend.
