Responsibilities

• Assist propose and evaluate technical ideas with other teammates so as to design a suitable

technical solution against the requirements and demands of the industries

• Study innovative measures and technical development roadmap for data-driven tasks and

implementation plan

• Develop statistical analysis and modeling algorithms and apply these algorithms for data driven

solutions to problems in bank domain

• Assist complete tasks against the plans and the projects (including work, project documents,

• Liaise with vendor on system support and maintenance

A) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes

• Familiar with software development skills in one or higher level languages (e.g. Java/Scala),one or more scripting languages (Python/Perl/Shell), and knowledge of batch scheduler or real- time data engine.

• Good at streaming development as advantage (e.g. Spark, Flink, Kafka)

• Good writing, presentation, communication and analytical skills

• Passionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (including Putonghua) preferred

• Familiar with SQL/H-SQL and ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Datastage)

B) Academic and Professional Qualification

• Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, related disciplines or

equivalent

• Certificate in Cloudera Specialist as advantage

The Head of Service Excellence is responsible for the assessment, transformation, plan development and transformation plan execution for AGS’ Asia-Pacific customers.

This role is responsible for driving strategic and transformational initiatives related to customer and AGS objectives. This role will partner with program leaders and regional leadership to understand customer goals, create plans to achieve those goals and lead them through implementation to operation. This position includes managing stakeholder relationships, AGS resources, and project workstreams.

• Actively listen and extract customer needs and opportunities using Command of the Message methodology.
