We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Executive Director, overseeing the Crypto Tech and Operations division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in regulated crypto exchanges or pertinent fintech firms within key jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States. A demonstrated ability to foster product innovation and business expansion, complemented by robust industry knowledge and a strategic perspective, is essential to influence the future of our global crypto offerings at FUTU Group.

Strategic Leadership

- Establish and implement the strategic roadmap for cryptocurrency products and exchange operations, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

- Propel business expansion by identifying and seizing market opportunities within the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors.

- Formulate innovative product strategies that distinguish the platform and address the evolving needs of customers.

Product Development

- Direct the design and launch of new cryptocurrency trading features, staking options, and other pioneering products compliant with regulatory standards across various jurisdictions where FUTU Group operates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and business teams to provide an exceptional user experience.

- Examine market trends and competitive activities to enhance product offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.

- Ensure the seamless integration of cryptocurrency services with broader financial products, such as stock trading and wealth management platforms at FUTU Group.

Assistance in Exchange Operations

- Support the Global Head of Crypto in ensuring the efficient operation of a cryptocurrency exchange platform, prioritizing high reliability, security, and adherence to international standards.

- Cultivate relationships with liquidity providers, custodians, and technology partners to enhance the exchange ecosystem.

- Foster business development opportunities for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange.

Team Building and Stakeholder Management

- Construct and lead a high-performing team across product, operations, and technical functions.

- Serve as the principal point of contact for regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and a customer-centric approach within the team.

Experience

- Relevant experience in cryptocurrency within prominent markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States, demonstrating a history of fostering business growth and achieving operational excellence.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, exchange operations, or leadership positions within the cryptocurrency or Web3 sector.

Skills

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

- Possesses strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to effectively identify and seize growth opportunities.

- Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading systems, and blockchain technology.

Position Summary

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Hex Trust. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals and work hand in hand with Heads of Business to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Work seamlessly with Heads of Business to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
• Identify and oversee successful Panels and Side Events at leading industry conferences.
• Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Though not required, experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, influence and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Executive is required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations; to monitor the operating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and maintain in good quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1.        Reporting to Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up;

2.        Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients;

3.        Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets;

4.        Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services;

5.        Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company;

6.        Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after sales follow up;

7.        Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records;

8.        Conducting service/product review to collect the customer satisfaction and feedback;

9.        Supporting an effective implementation and enhancement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO operations; and

10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary

1.        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management preferable;

2.        Fluent spoken & written skills in English & Cantonese;

3.        Good team player with strong initiative & able to work under pressure;

4.        Self-motivated, willingness to learn & hard-working;

5.        Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

6.        Possess existing network with contractors, consultants and developers is highly preferred; candidates with relevant background will be considered as Senior Technical Sales Executive;

7. Fresh graduates with interest in sales & marketing will be considered, training will be provided.

1.      Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience

2.      Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months’ service, normally 1-1.5 month per quarter)

3.      Annual Leave: 12 days (increased by years of service to maximum 17 days)

4.      Medical insurance plan (including annual bodycheck / dental benefit) / covered Dependents

5.      Other expenses reimbursement, e.g. Travel $3,000 / Entertainment

6. Training allowance $5,000/year after 6 months’ service
