As a Python Trading System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems for the cryptocurrency market. Proficiency in Python is essential, and knowledge of either C# or C++ will be advantageous. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving industry alongside some of the brightest minds in the field.   Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team of traders and engineers to develop and maintain high-frequency trading systems and strategies. Write, optimize, and maintain trading algorithms in Python, with the ability to work in C# or C++ as needed. Implement risk management and monitoring tools to ensure the safety of trading activities. Work on performance tuning and latency reduction to maintain our competitive edge. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during trading operations. Stay up-to-date with market trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our trading systems.   Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience working with Python in a trading environment along with secondary C# or C++ skills. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading algorithms, and risk management. Duties:  Work in a Platform, Automation and Tooling team to support the infrastructure, platform and tooling solution; Technical lead to plan, direct and manage the exploitation and modernization of current installed technology and capability; Maintain and develop a highly capable and technically problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively to support and maintain the organization technology core; Implement and support infrastructure solutions in sophisticated, high-performance trading environments that demand stability, high throughput and low latency; Support IT infrastructure including IT service management solution, In-house developed system etc.; Perform regular system administration, performance monitoring, tuning as well as related problem trouble-shooting; Improve installation setup and operating procedures, and develop and maintain support documentation; Compliance with organizations policies and standards.
