We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Executive Director, overseeing the Crypto Tech and Operations division. Strategic Leadership

- Establish and implement the strategic roadmap for cryptocurrency products and exchange operations, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

- Propel business expansion by identifying and seizing market opportunities within the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors.

- Formulate innovative product strategies that distinguish the platform and address the evolving needs of customers.

Product Development

- Direct the design and launch of new cryptocurrency trading features, staking options, and other pioneering products compliant with regulatory standards across various jurisdictions where FUTU Group operates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and business teams to provide an exceptional user experience.

- Examine market trends and competitive activities to enhance product offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.

- Ensure the seamless integration of cryptocurrency services with broader financial products, such as stock trading and wealth management platforms at FUTU Group.

Assistance in Exchange Operations

- Support the Global Head of Crypto in ensuring the efficient operation of a cryptocurrency exchange platform, prioritizing high reliability, security, and adherence to international standards.

- Cultivate relationships with liquidity providers, custodians, and technology partners to enhance the exchange ecosystem.

- Foster business development opportunities for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange.

Team Building and Stakeholder Management

- Construct and lead a high-performing team across product, operations, and technical functions.

- Serve as the principal point of contact for regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and a customer-centric approach within the team.

Experience

- Relevant experience in cryptocurrency within prominent markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States, demonstrating a history of fostering business growth and achieving operational excellence.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, exchange operations, or leadership positions within the cryptocurrency or Web3 sector.

Skills

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

- Possesses strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to effectively identify and seize growth opportunities.

- Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading systems, and blockchain technology.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Executive is required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations; to monitor the operating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and maintain in good quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1.        Reporting to Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up;

2.        Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients;

3.        Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets;

4.        Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services;

5.        Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company;

6.        Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after sales follow up;

7.        Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records;

8.        Conducting service/product review to collect the customer satisfaction and feedback;

9.        Supporting an effective implementation and enhancement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO operations; and

10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary

1.        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management preferable;

2.        Fluent spoken & written skills in English & Cantonese;

3.        Good team player with strong initiative & able to work under pressure;

4.        Self-motivated, willingness to learn & hard-working;

5.        Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

6.        Possess existing network with contractors, consultants and developers is highly preferred; candidates with relevant background will be considered as Senior Technical Sales Executive;

1.      Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience

2.      Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months’ service, normally 1-1.5 month per quarter)

Main Responsibilities:  Responsible for managing the IT procurement function across the Bank with the following major responsibilities:- Sourcing and Procurement of IT Products and Services source the suitable IT products and suppliers, liaise the terms and pricing with suppliers in order to obtain the best and fair deal for the Bank manage the ordering and approval process aligning with the requirements of the designated authority support project team in the evaluation of solutions and service providers review quotations and service contracts to ensure the Bank’s rights and benefits are protected liaise corporate discount with suppliers whenever appropriate conduct vendor background review and due diligence checking when needed resolve any contractual dispute with service provider when arising IT Asset Management tracking and maintain of IT assets to ensure the accuracy handle the relevant IT asset booking management the renewal of maintenance contracts Procurement Procedure Establishment establish the necessary procedures in managing IT procurement, payment and asset management develop relevant templates, such as contract template, for IT procurement function Expense Management tracking and report project cost of initiatives tracking and analyzing IT expenses to identify cost saving opportunity improve cost efficiency by right sourcing ITD Budget Management assist IT Division Head to track IT budget to ensure no overrun of budget handle regular budget rolling forecast and make necessary accrual, if required coordinate among all IT functions to handle IT cost allocation Incumbent Requirements: University degree in Information Technology or related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in IT field; with over 5 years in banking IT. Solid experience in sourcing and procurement of IT products and services, including hardware, software license, maintenance services, professional services, system development services etc. Experience in managing IT project cost and operating cost will be at advantage Good knowledge on IT market, pricing and discount. Good negotiation skills and able to liaise firmly and fairly. Experience in drafting and reviewing service contracts. Able to work in an organized way, particularly on managing paper work. Strong communication skill both in Chinese and English. Good English writing ability. Mature and able to work under pressure. Good people skills to work with people at different job levels.
