The teams of lawyers work closely with clients to deliver the legal know-how and strategic alignment. Currently, they are seeking for a Client Accounting Coordinator to cope with their future business development plan. DescriptionResponsible for submission and coordination of narrative client invoices for Asian Offices.Responsible for preparing regular reporting as requested by clients (Participate in the review and monitoring of client billing arrangements, client billing address and other related information maintained in the firms New Matter Intake System.Prepare Inter-firm invoices for Finance Manager review.Responsible for the monitoring and status reporting of unbilled time and other necessary follow up to ensure timely processing of invoices, adjustments as needed and payment to the firmResponsible for holding monthly meetings with Partners to discuss the status of their client matters.Preparation of collections projections monthly, including constant monitoring.Deposit receipts on a daily basis and input to the accounting system.Prepare Petty Cash Replenishment schedule and replenish Petty Cash at base on the reimbursement slips approved by the Office Manager.Perform as a back-up for "time critical functions" when Hong Kong Billing Coordinator is out for illness or vacation. ProfileMust have prior work experience with a US or US based Law Firm.Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.Familiarity with PRC tax authorities including prior experience with local tax reporting.Experience in implementing procedural improvements.Strong academic credentials.
