As part of a small collegiate team you will be responsible for a broad range of legal support including assisting with reviewing and commenting on a broad range of fund documents, legal documents and general agreements. You will also assist with some company secretarial matters and assist with other ad hoc legal matters. The successful candidate will possess approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience within asset management or funds experience gained with a law firm is preferred. Strong knowledge of regulations, including but not limited to, HKMA and SFC regulations. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
