About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing regular development of business forecasts and analytical models to advise business decisions
• Highly critical to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities
• Explore the data and conduct in-depth analyses including agency and customer behaviours, segmentation analyses etc, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth
• Take part in annual strategic planning process from initial planning, data exploration, strategy formulation to engagement with stakeholders to ensure the alignment with Company and Departmental directions
• Work closely and manage stakeholders inside and outside of the department including Finance, Proposition, Group Office, etc
• Hands-on experience in machine learning-based solutions would be a plus

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Business, Statistics, Data Science or other quantitative fields
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence preferably in financial services sector
• Proven hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL and Excel-based modelling
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated and independent with ability to work under pressure

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media platform strategies that aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Social Media Content Creation and Management: Create platform native, engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Manage content calendars and gatekeep posting schedules.
• Integrated Marketing Advertising: Plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns including social media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and track key metrics.
• Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Solutions, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies as needed.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices with the strategic media partners. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the social media space.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management, preferably from financial institutions with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• Ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Strong understanding of target audience, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
• Capacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing trends and platform algorithms.
• Understanding of Brand Guidelines, and reputation management in the social media sphere.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide the social media agency.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and XHS) and their respective advertising tools. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is beneficial.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as communication subject matter expert, to develop and implement internal and external communication strategy and message house that promote Propositions to various stakeholders, including employees, distribution partners, customers, media, industry bodies.
• Formulate key messages for Proposition goals and align with other stakeholders to ensure all important messages are effectively communicated.
• Develop C-suite messaging for key proposition launch communications, internal and external events, including syndication with stakeholders and logistic preparations to ensure compelling stories are delivered.
• Work closely with Marketing function including Corporate Communications team to ensure implementation of various PR initiatives as planned to promote Propositions and consistent messaging across all channels
• Lead the development and rollout of employee communications for Proposition function

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably Major in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines.  
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in communication or public relations agencies, with focus on financial service sector.  Experience with a fast-faced, matrix organization a must
• Experience in support c-suite and top management messaging
• Good understanding of insurance industry, including its products, services and regulatory environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English languages with track record of writing corporate materials and content.
• Possesses a strategic, analytical, innovative and highly motivated mindset
• Committed to teamwork and the pursuit of excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, under tight deadlines
• Excellent in PowerPoint and Computer literate in MS office, Excel
