About the Role
• Plan and implement AIA social media platform content strategies and integrated marketing campaign that help AIA sustain #1 brand awareness and consideration with distant leadership in market.
• Leverage market trend to drive innovations and achieve business objectives.
• Manage social media agencies to make sure they understand the business objectives to develop the right content meeting company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media platform strategies that aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Social Media Content Creation and Management: Create platform native, engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Manage content calendars and gatekeep posting schedules.
- Integrated Marketing Advertising: Plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns including social media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and track key metrics.
- Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Solutions, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies as needed.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices with the strategic media partners. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the social media space.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management, preferably from financial institutions with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Strong understanding of target audience, brand positioning, and messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
- Capacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing trends and platform algorithms.
- Understanding of Brand Guidelines, and reputation management in the social media sphere.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide the social media agency.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and XHS) and their respective advertising tools. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
- Ability to analyse social media metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
