Job description: Perform general administrative and procurement tasks Organize recreation for team building and staff welfare Manage purchasing fixed assets and other routine expendables Assist the General Manager if required Perform other support duties when necessary Eligibility: University graduate with major in business, economy, management or relevant areas Minimum 1-2 years banking or administration management experience Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills Sound knowledge of administration management Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure Proficiency Office Skills in MS Word, Excel and PPT Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
