Job Description

• Develop new capsule type health product, including but not limiting to TCM capsules, probiotics capsules, and western type supplement capsules.
• Participate in new product workflow. Coordinate with various departments in the product development process.
• Design product prototype in laboratory and conduct evaluation test.
• Conduct production trials and product quality evaluation.
• Perform scientific research and support labelling claims.
• Ensure products meet legal, quality and safety standard for assigned markets.
• Provide technical support on production process.
• Participate in existing product re-formulation.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
