We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of Product Design and Sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

You are one of the key finance executives to support management team to drive financial performance and corporate strategy for the company growth. Client Details It is a rapidly growing technology company with R&D and distribution worldwide. Description You are responsible to develop and implement the financial strategy by overseeing all accounting operations and evaluating company's financial performance. You act as the key Finance person to monitor industry trends, competitor moves and macro economy to access potential market risks and opportunities. It is also very essential to lead and develop a high-performing finance team to support business transformation and new investments.
